Our jewelry is available for sale both online and in our retail location in Mill Valley. We will do our best to represent up-to-date inventory on our website. If for some reason the merchandise is not available at the time your order processes, we will notify you by email. Your card will not be charged until your order is filled. Please note that we try to accurately represent colors on our website. However, due to differences in computer displays, the actual item color may vary slightly in appearance.
We usually ship via fully insured FedEx Standard Overnight with signature required at the time of delivery. We ship most in-stock orders within 2 - 7 days. Special orders may take up to 8 weeks to complete. You will be notified ahead of time if this is the case. Your order will be presented gift ready. All packages are insured and will need to be signed for. If we are back ordered we will notify you immediately via email or phone. Some jewelry is made to order, we will contact you if that is the case, and give you a ship date. Please note, ring orders take 6-8 weeks to fulfill, unless we have your selection and size in stock.
Returns and Exchanges
Our online and Mill Valley store policy is as follows: Exchange for store credit within 10 days unless prior arrangements have been made in writing or in person. No store credit or exchange for custom work, special orders, layaway or sale items. Store credit does not expire. We do not offer cash refunds.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Item must be in new, unused condition for your return to be approved. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund to be posted.

To return your product, we will send you a label for a fully insured FedEx shipment. When you are ready to ship back to us, please contact FedEx directly at 1-800-GoFedEx for a pickup at your location, or you may drop off at any authorized FedEx location in your area.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The $30.00 cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
